Why the price follows horse count and nothing else
Most software in this field charges per user, or splits features across tiers so the thing you actually need sits one plan above the one you can afford. Both are ways of charging you more for succeeding. A yard's workload tracks its horses, so that is what the price tracks — and the yard that adds a second instructor or gives every owner a login pays exactly the same as before.
Everything is in every plan
Voice logging, the AI agent, breeding and foaling, finance and cost per horse, stalls and leases, bookings and the schedule, online payments, client logins, the public directory listing and all nine languages. There is no feature held back to make a bigger plan look necessary. What changes between a small yard and a large one is the number of horses, not what the software will let you do.
Free for two horses, and it stays free
Two horses or fewer costs nothing, permanently — not a trial that expires and not a stripped-down version. If you keep two horses you can run your records, your finances and the AI agent on it indefinitely. It becomes chargeable when it starts doing more work, which is when you have more horses.
The trial, and what happens after it
Every paid plan starts with 30 days free and does not ask for a card to begin. If the yard grows or shrinks, the price moves with it rather than locking you into a band you have outgrown or no longer fill. Above 60 horses the arrangement is quoted individually, with onboarding and data migration, because at that size moving in is a project rather than a signup.
VAT, currency and what the figure above means
Prices are net of VAT, so what the calculator shows is the figure before tax rather than a number that quietly grows at checkout. Polish yards are billed in PLN and everywhere else in EUR. Choosing to pay annually takes 20% off.

- An operation above sixty horses: quoted individually, with help moving the existing records in.
Frequently asked questions
Is the free plan really free?
Yes — up to two horses, permanently, with every feature included. It is not a trial and nothing is disabled. You pay only if your yard grows past two horses.
Do I pay per user?
No. Users are unlimited on every plan, including the free one. Barn staff, instructors, vets, horse owners and riding clients can all have their own login at no extra cost, which is deliberate: charging per user would penalise you for giving owners access, and owner access is half the point.
What happens if my horse count changes?
The price follows it. The rate is continuous in horse count rather than banded, so adding a horse moves the price by a little rather than pushing you into the next tier, and losing one moves it back down.
Are there features I only get on a bigger plan?
No. Every feature is in every plan at every size — voice logging, the AI agent, breeding, finance, bookings, payments and client access. The only thing that changes with the price is how many horses you keep.
What about more than 60 horses?
That is quoted individually and includes onboarding and help migrating your existing records. At that size, getting the data in is a bigger job than choosing a plan, so it is handled as a conversation rather than a checkout.
