Which payment methods your clients see
Card and the digital wallets that ride on it — Apple Pay and Google Pay — are offered wherever the client happens to be. Polish yards get two more that matter far more locally than any card: BLIK and Przelewy24. Be aware that these two are not universal. They depend on the yard being registered in Poland and settling in PLN; a German yard settling in EUR will not see them, whatever is configured.
The money is yours, and it goes straight to you
Each yard connects its own Stripe account, and payments settle there directly. StudPulse is not an intermediary holding your takings, and there is no waiting for a platform to pass them on. Settlement is supported in PLN, EUR, USD, GBP, CZK, SEK, DKK, NOK and CHF. Connecting the account is a form you fill in once, and until it is finished the yard simply cannot be paid online — nothing half-works.
Pay links for people who have no account
Not everybody who owes you money wants a login. A member of staff can mint a pay link for a charge and send it by message or email: the recipient opens it, sees what the charge is for and pays, without registering for anything. The link is good for seven days and only one can be live per charge at a time, so a forwarded link cannot quietly become a second way to pay the same bill.
One ledger for lessons, livery, coverings and leases
A lesson booked online, a month of livery, a covering fee and a monthly lease charge are all charges against the same ledger. That is the point: what a yard is owed should be one list rather than four systems and a notebook. Overdue amounts sit beside received income, month by month, so chasing money is reading a screen rather than reconstructing a year.
Refunds, cancellations and who is allowed to do what
A refund can be issued in full or in part, and it belongs to whoever runs the yard's finances — a client cannot refund themselves. Cancellation deadlines are set per service and enforce themselves, so the rule is the same on a Tuesday as it is when somebody argues about it. The ledger moves when the money actually moves, not when the button is pressed, which is why a refund and the books cannot disagree.
What the client sees
Clients, and anyone else who can be billed — a rider, a horse owner, an instructor leasing a horse — get their own list of charges and a way to settle them. No phone call, no bank details read out over a fence, no chasing a transfer that was promised last week.

Frequently asked questions
Can my clients pay with BLIK?
Yes, if your yard is registered in Poland and settles in PLN — BLIK and Przelewy24 are both offered to Polish accounts. They are not available to a yard settling in another currency; a German or French yard will see card and wallet payments instead.
Does StudPulse hold my money?
No. Each yard connects its own Stripe account and payments settle into it directly. StudPulse is not an intermediary and never holds your takings.
Can someone pay without creating an account?
Yes. Staff can generate a pay link for any charge and send it by message or email. The recipient pays without registering. The link lasts seven days, and only one can be active per charge at a time.
What does it cost to take payments?
Your StudPulse plan is priced on one thing only — how many horses you keep — and taking payments is included in it. What each transaction costs beyond that is your own Stripe account's processing fee, charged by Stripe on the terms you agreed with them.
