Lesson scheduling and online booking
Publish the lessons and hires you sell, set how long each takes and what it costs, and open the times you are willing to take. Clients browse your public profile, pick a slot and book it themselves, and everyone involved gets a push confirmation. Requests can be approved by hand instead, if you would rather see a booking before it becomes a commitment.
Instructors, hours and commission
Each instructor has a profile with their qualifications and their commission rate, and the schedule shows how many hours each of them actually taught. That turns a month into two answers rather than a feeling: which lessons sold, and who taught them. Instructors see their own diary and the horses they are working, and nothing they should not.
One arena, one horse, one instructor — booked once
A lesson is not just a time in a diary: it needs an arena, a horse and someone to teach it. StudPulse treats all three as bookable resources and blocks each of them for the length of the lesson, so the double-booking that only shows up when two riders arrive for the same horse cannot be entered in the first place. Maintenance, sick leave and a horse's rest days block the same way.
Half-leases: a second income stream on the same horse
A rider without their own horse can take a half or a quarter of a club horse: fixed days of the week, fixed hours, a fixed monthly fee. StudPulse generates those rides in the calendar, records them as training sessions so the horse's workload stays honest, and raises the monthly charge on its own. The horse can belong to somebody else and be boarded with you at the same time — the owner pays for the stall, the leaseholder pays the monthly fee, and the school takes its share of the lessons. Three relationships, one horse, kept apart and billed separately.
Payments, cancellations and the bookings nobody closed
Take the money when the lesson is booked or send a payment link afterwards, including to somebody with no account. Set how late a client may cancel, and let the rule enforce itself. Bookings that have already happened but were never closed off are listed on their own, because that is the money that quietly disappears in a busy month.
What the rider sees
Clients get their own login: their bookings, their horse, their outstanding charges and a way to pay them. Riders on a lease also see their own training history. After a lesson they can leave a review on your public profile, and you can reply to it. All of it takes the phone and the group chat out of the middle.

Do instructors get their own access?
Yes. Instructors are a role of their own: they see their schedule, the horses they work and their own riders, but not the yard's finances or other people's records. Permissions are enforced on the server rather than merely hidden in the interface.
